There will be no Grand Championship match for Division 3 & 4. The first 3 teams of third and forth sub-divisions in The 62nd HKDA League will be promoted to Division 2 & 3 for The 63rd HKDA League. The Committee reserves the right to change the promotion and relegation rules to meet the league operation. (i.e. The 3rd Runner-up may be promoted to higher Division or last 3 team may not be relegated to the lower Division if deemed necessary.)
