Each champion of forth sub-division in The 54th HKDA League will be promoted to Division 2 on 55th League; in sequence 1st Runner-up & 2nd Runner-up will be promoted to Division 3 on 55th League. The Committee reserves the right to change the promotion and relegation rules to meet the league operation.
