Hong Kong Darts Association Annual General Meeting 2023
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Annual General Meeting of Hong Kong Darts Association will be held at Assembly Hall, 1/F., Christian Family Service Centre, 3 Tsui Ping Road, Kwun Tong on Sunday the 24th Sept., 2023 at 2000hrs (after Presentation of The 67th HKDA League), the Agenda as follow:
(1) Confirm the minutes of the Annual General Meeting 2021
(2) Chairlady Speech
(3) Announce The 2021-22 and 2022-23 Annual Financial Report by Treasurer
Notes:
This Annual General Meeting is open to current members only (i.e. paid membership fee for 67th League). In order to add a topic to the AGM Agenda for discussion, you must submit the topic in writing to the HKDA not later than 20th Sept., 2023. The HKDA will write back to you once the topic has been added.
